The second Wednesday of each month at 6:00pm at the Perry County Health Department.

Changes/cancellations are posted on the door and website.

Please note that all other meeting dates (besides March 12th) will be held at the Perry County Health Department at 6pm.

  • March 12th – location Perry County Opportunity Center, Job & Family Service 5250 State Route 37 East New Lexington, Ohio 43764. The meeting will begin directly after the District Advisory Council (DAC) meeting concludes. The DAC meeting starts at 6:00pm.
