Perry Neighborhood Connection (PNCC) Coalition


Would you like to get involved in creating a healthier community? Try attending our next Perry Neighborhood Connection meeting.

 

The PNCC is a community-based coalition that is open to the public and is led by our CHC Grant Coordinator, Jenny LaRue.  The PNC is designed to link agencies, organizations, businesses, and residents. The PNC platform gives members an opportunity to share their missions, programs, and upcoming events.

Making the Healthy Choice the Easy Choice

Strategic Goals:
Active Living, Health Food access, reduce tobacco use, increase mobility, support positive mental health, and share community education.

  • Community Education-through community projects, announcements, flyers and conversation circles
  • Sharing at PNC meeting- flyers, conversation circles, flyers
  • Offer & promote: Live Healthy, Live Well: OSU Extension

 

Meetings 
The 3rd Tuesday of even number months at 9:00 AM (February, April, June, August, October, and December).
