Would you like to get involved in creating a healthier community? Try attending our next Perry Neighborhood Connection meeting.

The PNCC is a community-based coalition that is open to the public and is led by our CHC Grant Coordinator, Jenny LaRue.  The PNC is designed to link agencies, organizations, businesses, and residents. The PNC platform gives members an opportunity to share their missions, programs, and upcoming events.
